I will follow KSLC rules, timings and staff directions; behave respectfully with students, teachers and staff; dress appropriately; keep the premises clean; and neither possess nor consume liquor, banned substances or other intoxicants at KSLC. I will promptly report harassment, indecent conduct or safety concerns. I will use KSLC learning resources only for my own authorised study and will not copy, record, redistribute, share credentials, facilitate piracy or bypass access controls. I understand that proportionate security records, including IP address and device/session identifiers, may be used to protect accounts and learning resources. Breach may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment and access, action concerning fees only as permitted by the applicable terms and law, and legal remedies. Complaints may be raised with KSLC management. Subject to applicable law, courts at Shillong shall have jurisdiction.

Restricted KSLC learning media uses visible anti-piracy watermarks containing the KSLC name, your display name or shortened account reference, a shortened session/device reference, and the current date and time. Access events are recorded to enforce entitlement, session and short-lived-link controls. Current geolocation is checked at sign-in, protected-media access, session renewal, and security-triggered rechecks to detect implausible travel, simultaneous use from materially different places, and credential sharing; KSLC does not use this permission for unrelated continuous background tracking. Email addresses, government-identity numbers, payment details and full device identifiers are not shown in the watermark. Both watermark/access recording and the defined geolocation checks are required to provide the protected digital-media service. If you do not accept them, KSLC cannot provide that component and may decline enrolment for a course that requires it. Online self-enrolment is limited to applicants who have completed 18 years of age.
